Breakthrough Bleeding &/or Spotting?

Hi everyone, I was constipated a little last week but I’m finally relieved of that but whenever I go to the restroom-I find some dried blood/brownish stuff in my underwear. I know it’s not hemorrhoids so could it be breakthrough bleeding or spotting? I also have cramps, my period’s due around Aug 23 & I’m still a virgin & not on birth control. Thanks for the help.

It does sound like your period trying to arrive a bit early. Make sure you have some fiber in your diet, whole grains, apples, check food labels, it is so important for your body, also 8 glasses of water can help the constipation.
