Erection Problems. Will it ever come back.?

Recently, I went for my weekly massage. During the massage the masseuse found a perturbance at my anus. An external hemorrhoid, or so I thought. She said, “I fix.” and went to her dresser and took out a small jar of ointment and began to rub in onto what I thought to be an “external hemeriod”. She rubbed it for about 30 minutes, well beyond the point of when I should have been getting my bj. BUT, the marble sized hemeroid vanished. Like majic, no pain, no nothing. It was amazing. She called the ointment “Gez-ine”. Pronounced gezzing, I called it fabulous, but here’s the thing. Now I can’t maintain an erection. Is it possible that my prostate had dropped and it was not a hemeroid at all. And the “massage girl” really rubbed my prostate into nothing, or will it come back. I tipped her her really good too. Way more than the normal 20 bucks, and I still did not get a happy ending. Anyone care to comment. And please no nonsense type answers. Thanks.
