constant urge to poop and intermittent rectal bleeding?

Hello im a male, 19 y.o. about a month now ive been experiencing rectal bleeding after bowel movement, but its not always there.. it comes and go…i dont strain though because my stool is not that hard.. and just last week another symptom occur.. i have the constant urge to poop.. it doesnt go away and it feels like i have an anemia… i have a check up in a general clinic and i dont have hemorrhoids according to the doctor and he reffered me to a specialist its about 2 mo before ive got to see the specialist.. im a little concern of whats happening to me? any suggestions? looking forward to your answers

Not to freak you out or anything but change in your bowel movements can be a sign of cancer. Is there anyway to bump your appoinment up?
