Bleeding from the ass?

Started a couple of days ago when I was taking a dump. Is it a hemorrhoid? Is it because of constipation? Excessive pressure? The blood starts dripping when I do my thing. The blood is bright red. Not dark red. Only 17 years old and I have never had problems like this. What should I do?
