Is it nothing or is it cancer?

I have been having some strange symptoms the past couple of months. I have frequent bowel movements anywhere from 3-5 times a day. They are loose but I wouldn’t call it diarrhea. Sometimes there is a little bit of blood but I have hemorrhoids from when I was pregnant a year and a half ago. I have been experiencing vertigo early in the morning when I try to get out of bed. I am tired as well.. My doctor has diagnosed me with a mild case of anemia as well but I figured that was just from the hemorrhoids. I have also developed a loss of appetite especially for meat. For some reason I really don’t want to eat meat anymore. I feel hungry but then I have the food in front of me and it just doesn’t seem so appealing anymore. If you could help me figure this out that would be great
The only reason i said cancer was because of the not wanting to eat meat someone said its a sign of stomach cancer theres no need to get sarcastic

Sounds like IBS to me.

The first person is either being sarcastic or is a complete idiot. There are many,many things that casue your symptoms, and colon cancer is far down the list.
